Innovative Information Systems Ltd was established in 1995 by Itochu Group in order to play as the IT arm of Itochu Group in the Greater China Region. During July 2005, we completed a Local Management Buy Outsince then Innovative Information Solutions (iis) was formed and managed by IIS Holdings Ltd. Our business was further expanded and diversified to serve the clients in the fast growing Greater China Region.
